Sometimes I just trick my own mind. If I don’t feel like going for a workout I’ll say “it’s okay I’ll just do some cardio for 20 minutes and that’s it!”.... an hour later, I’ll still be in the gym hitting the weights and everything. Your mind is easier to trick than you think 😏 You may not feel like moving right that moment, but once you START moving, you’ll feel motivated to stay and continue because then your thinking “oh I’m here so I may as well do this/that”. A handy trick I always use 💁🏻‍♀️
