Who Doesn't like carbs?!? But The Key πŸ”‘ Is To Choose Wisely. So once your mind is set that your ready to make a change, and have your macros and calories calculated you can start. If you don't and unsure how to calculate macros email Me and I will work them out for you. Than you should have something like this. I'll give you an example of how many calories and what my macros look like : I'm 5'2 119lbs (54kgs) I get up every morning at 4:30 and some nights I don't get to bed before 11 ,most of the day on my feet so fairly active! My calories are 1584, 107p, 176c, 50f I don't restrict myself from eating carbs never, however i never reach my carb intake either. I always reach and go over my protein intake. πŸ‘€ Their are good carbs and bad carbs same with Good Fats and Bad Fats. My favorite carbs are sweet potatoe and fats avocados. I eat 1 a day at least! πŸ™ŠπŸ˜‚ So up top there's a list of the Good carbs and bad / Good Fats Vs the Bad Once. Also a list of protein foods.
